We at GNIES are committed to providing a high level of education and multidisciplinary academic research. The BS Information Technology program facilitates an understanding of the essential and latest idea of information technology. The aim of GNIES is to produce highly skilled graduates in the field of Information Technology, who can meet the needs of organizations, and businesses and also, we may be able to meet the challenges posed by our rapidly changing world.
The Department of Information Technology (IT) has been established at GNIES. The first batch for admission in the Department has been started due to the demand of the area. It has been decided by the GNIES Authorities that Morning/Evening Sessions may be started in the best interest of the students as well as the area. The Faculty of the Department consists of professional and experienced teachers. Further Brilliant Professors have been engaged as Visiting Faculty to ensure their maximum exposure for our students.
A well-equipped lab has already been established with a multimedia facility. The lab has been connected through a networking system and also dressed with an internet / wi.fi facility. The student of GNIES will almost unlimitedly access to computers and professional software tools etc. Digital Library access is also available for further research and new horizons.
